Upon arrival at our centre, one of our vets will assess your pet immediately.
We always aim to provide an estimate of the costs involved for emergency procedures; however, please be aware that costs can vary, depending on the services and treatments required.
Our vets will keep you updated during the course of your pet’s stay at our centre.
In some cases we may need to refer your pet to a veterinary specialist centre or 24-hour emergency facility.
For emergencies during our opening hours come straight to the centre.
Call us on your way so we can be prepared.
(We understand this is sometimes not possible.)
We provide an after-hours emergency service through our recommended local emergency centre for critical illness or injury.
